1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the rabje website, mobile interface, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

rabje reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice via the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform immediately and close your account.

2. Eligibility

The Platform is available exclusively to individuals who meet all of the following criteria. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you access it.

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Single Account: You may not register more than one account. Multiple accounts are grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• Accurate Information: All registration details must be truthful, accurate, and current. rabje may request identity documents to verify your details at any time.
• Excluded Persons: Employees of rabje, its affiliates, and software providers — and their immediate family members — may not hold player accounts or participate in real-money games.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the full features of the rabje Platform, you must register a personal account. Registration is free. You may hold only one account per person; shared, joint, or transferred accounts are strictly prohibited.

Your Responsibilities

• Maintain strict confidentiality of your username and password. Do not share login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• Update your account details promptly whenever your personal information changes, including your mobile number, email address, or payment details.
• Notify rabje immediately via the support email if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• You are solely responsible for all activity under your account until you notify rabje of a security breach.

Account Closure

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, verified pending withdrawal requests will be processed normally. rabje may suspend or close any account where a breach of these Terms is suspected, and withhold funds pending investigation.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the rabje Platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Supported payment channels include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and major bank transfers from institutions such as BRAC Bank, City Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Availability of specific methods may vary.

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit is ৳500 per transaction. No maximum single-deposit limit is imposed by rabje, though your payment provider may apply its own limits.
• Deposits are credited to your account instantly upon confirmed payment. Bank transfers may take up to one business day.
• You may only deposit from payment methods registered in your own name. Depositing on behalf of another person or accepting third-party funds is prohibited.
• rabje does not charge deposit fees. Any fees levied by your payment provider are outside rabje's control and are your responsibility.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Withdrawals are sent to the payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to completed KYC verification.
• Standard withdrawal processing is within 15 minutes for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) and same-day for bank transfers. Times may extend during high demand or pending verification.
• Active bonus balances that have not yet satisfied their wagering requirement are excluded from withdrawal. Only cleared real-money balances are eligible.
• Enhanced KYC checks may be required for withdrawals above ৳50,000. Supporting identity and address documents must be submitted before funds are released.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

rabje offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

• Bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any related winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover for each offer is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per person, household, IP address, and device. Attempting to claim through multiple accounts or using another player's identity will result in bonus forfeiture and possible account closure.
• rabje may withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided this does not affect any bonus already validly claimed and in active rollover.
• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games. Certain games — including some live dealer tables and high-RTP titles — may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements. Refer to individual promotion terms for contribution rates.
• If a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirement on a bonus is met, rabje may deduct the outstanding bonus balance and any winnings generated from it before processing the withdrawal.

6. Responsible Gaming

rabje is committed to safe and responsible gambling. The following tools are available to all registered players directly from their account settings, without needing to contact support.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Alerts: Configure reminders that notify you after a specified duration of play, helping you stay aware of time spent on the Platform.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break from 24 hours up to 6 weeks. During this time you cannot log in, place bets, or receive promotional communications.
• Self-Exclusion: Request long-term self-exclusion for a minimum of 6 months. The exclusion cannot be reversed before its expiry. To apply, email [email protected] with the subject line "Self-Exclusion Request".

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rabje Platform. Any violation may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated system to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonus structures, or defraud the Platform.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, or using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Exploiting any software error, loophole, or technical malfunction to obtain credits or winnings that would not have been generated under the normal operation of the Platform.
• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person, including using another person's identity documents or payment credentials.

Where rabje determines that a prohibited conduct violation has occurred, any winnings generated through or during the violation will be void and forfeited. rabje's determination in this regard is final, subject to the dispute resolution process in Section 11.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the rabje Platform — including website design, layout, graphics, logos, game interfaces, text, software, and underlying code — is the exclusive intellectual property of rabje or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, publish, sell, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of rabje.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rabje, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption — arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if rabje has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

rabje's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account during the twelve months immediately preceding the date of the relevant claim.

10. Amendments to These Terms

rabje may amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, we will provide at least 7 days' notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account before the effective date.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which rabje operates. In the event of a dispute, please first contact rabje's support team to seek informal resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may refer the dispute to binding arbitration under the applicable arbitration rules of the relevant jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory consumer rights where they cannot be excluded by contract.
